Welcome to Fiesta Texas Dairy Goats! We are located in South Texas, 30 miles northwest of San Antonio, in Boerne, TX. We have a passion for dairy goats and enjoy everything about them.

We primarily raise Nigerian Dwarfs. We love their small size, entertaining personalities and their rich milk. We love getting in the kitchen and making yogurt, cajeta, and cheese with our goat milk. In addition, we often make creamy goat milk soaps. Around the barn, we experience great joy in watching the babies hop around and witnessing the strong bond which develops between our mother goats and their babies.

We have worked very hard to develop a healthy herd full of quality animals with capacious udders and strong, correct bodies. We are an ADGA Plus Herd and participate in ADGA Milk Testing, Linear Appraisal and DNA identification. We test our goats annually for CAE and have a disease free herd. Any new goats welcomed into our herd from other locations are additionally screened for CL and Johnes. In 2016 we began showing our goats and have enjoyed enhancing our knowledge and growing our circle of goat loving friends.
